Potarix aggregates state business filings, funding announcements, SEC filings, Crunchbase, LinkedIn, and multiple proprietary signals. Every company is cross-verified, then enriched with founder names, emails, phone numbers, and social profiles.

Can I filter by funding stage, industry, or geography?

Yes. During onboarding we set up your exact ICP: company type (LLC, C-corp, seed, Series A, etc.), industry vertical, headcount, location, and any custom filters. Every weekly list only contains companies that match.

Acceptance

By using Potarix you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

The service

Potarix delivers weekly lists of newly formed and newly funded companies filtered to your ICP, enriched with contact information. We make reasonable efforts to verify data accuracy but do not guarantee that every record is current or error-free.

Your responsibilities

You agree to use the data and the service in compliance with applicable law, including email and telemarketing regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, TCPA, etc.). You are responsible for obtaining any necessary consents for your outreach. You will not resell, share, or redistribute the Potarix lists outside your organization.

Billing and cancellation

Subscriptions renew monthly at the published rate unless canceled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Warranty disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Potarix disclaims all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Potarix will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid Potarix in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
