This Privacy Policy explains how Potarix ("Potarix," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit potarix.com, use our lead-intelligence services, or participate in a Potarix messaging program.
Information we collect
We may collect contact and business information you provide, such as your name, work email, company, role, billing details, and the information included in an inquiry or service request. When you use our services, we may also process account information, service preferences, and the inputs and outputs needed to provide the requested service.
We collect standard technical and usage information, such as IP address, browser and device type, referring pages, pages visited, and approximate interaction data. We use Vercel Analytics and similar operational tools to understand site performance and usage.
Mobile and messaging information
If you opt in to a Potarix SMS program, we may collect your mobile number, consent record, opt-in and opt-out status, message content, delivery information, and related timestamps. We use this information to deliver requested conversational assistant replies, reminders, and system-status notifications; maintain consent and suppression records; provide support; and comply with messaging laws and carrier requirements.
Mobile information, text-messaging originator opt-in data, and consent will not be sold or shared with third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for marketing or promotional purposes. These categories exclude mobile opt-in data and consent; that information will not be shared with any third parties except service providers acting on our behalf solely to deliver and support the messaging program, or when disclosure is required by law.

How we use information
We use information to provide and support our services, respond to inquiries, deliver requested lead lists and messaging features, manage accounts and billing, secure and improve our systems, analyze service performance, communicate about our relationship, enforce our agreements, and comply with legal obligations. Where required, we rely on consent or another lawful basis for a particular use.
How we disclose information
We may disclose information collected under this Policy to service providers that perform hosting, analytics, email, communications, payment, customer-management, security, or professional services for us. We may also disclose information to comply with law, protect rights and safety, investigate misuse, or complete a corporate transaction. Service providers may use the information only to perform services for Potarix and are subject to appropriate confidentiality or data-protection obligations. The stricter non-sharing rule for mobile information and messaging consent described above applies in every case.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the services, maintain business and consent records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no transmission or storage method is completely secure.
Your choices and rights
You may unsubscribe from email marketing using the link in an email. For SMS, reply STOP to opt out. Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of certain personal information. To make a request, email omar@potarix.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
Cookies
We use essential technologies to operate the site and limited analytics technologies to understand usage and performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings, although some site features may not function as intended.
Children's privacy
Potarix is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our services or legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy here and update the effective date above.
